We release debate briefs about twelve to fifteen days after the topic release date. If a topic is released on the 1st of the month, we generally make the brief available between the 13th and the 15th of the month.

How do I download a file after purchase?

To access a brief after purchase, login to our website using the same credentials used when you made your purchase. From the store view, click on a brief then click the red "Download" button on the brief details page. How do I use a Purchase Order to purchase files?

We do allow purchasing our brief subscriptions by invoice/PO — request an invoice through the form linked on this page. You can also request an invoice directly within your account: login, visit the store page for the subscription you'd like, and use the "Invoice Me" button, which generates an invoice automatically and provides other important information like our W9 form. Only subscriptions are available by purchase order; individual briefs must be paid for upfront.
